The best way is to find a host that has site-building software built-in. If you go to publish247-dot-com and click on “Build a website” in the upper right, they explain pretty much everything. Services like this allow you to build a webiste without any programming knowledge, and without downloading any software. Good luck!

In my expericence, yes they are worth the small monthly fee, they are always adding new features and the 24/7 support is nice to have. Good luck with your project!
